1. Shipping & Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer the following shipping options within India:

- Delivery Estimates are approximations and are not guaranteed, as they may be subject to courier delays or delivery location access.
- We use reputable courier services such as Delhivery, IndiaPost to ensure reliable delivery.
3. International Shipping
At this time, Eastland India does offer international shipping.
- Note: International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their government.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Failed Delivery
- Inaccurate Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided. If an order is returned to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the redelivery costs.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is undeliverable after 3 attempts by the courier, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange a reshipment, which may involve additional shipping fees.
6. Damages and Issues
If you receive your order damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at eastlandspices2000@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to find a satisfactory solution.
Returns, Refunds, & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview of Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (spices, tea, and coffee) being food items, we adhere to strict quality and hygiene standards. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
A refund or replacement will only be offered in cases of damage during transit or if you receive an incorrect item.
You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Refund or Replacement
We only grant refunds or replacements for products under the following two conditions:
A. Damaged or Contaminated Products
If your package arrives damaged, or the product packaging is clearly tampered with or contaminated:
- You must contact us immediately upon delivery.
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged product and the shipping package.
- We will arrange for a free replacement of the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
B. Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up and will send the correct item at no additional charge.
Note: We cannot process refunds or returns for issues related to personal taste, dislike of the product’s flavor, or change of mind.
3. Return/Replacement Process
To initiate a refund or replacement based on the conditions above, please follow these steps:
- Email us at eastlandspices2000@gmail.com within the required timeline.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Clearly describe the issue (e.g., "Item XYZ arrived damaged," or "Received incorrect item").
- Attach clear photos or a video showing the damage or the incorrect product received.
- Our customer service team will review your request and contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm the next steps.
4. Refund Policy and Timelines
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Payment Gateway/Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be processed by your bank or payment gateway.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer / UPI to the account details you provide. This may take 3-5 business days after the details are verified.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable / refundable only if the entire order was damaged.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately by phone or email.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped (you have received a tracking number), it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse to accept the delivery, but in this case, a refund will be processed only for the product value, less the applicable shipping and return courier charges.
