Kerala state in Western Ghats is famous for fine quality raw vanilla. It
is collected from the farms and dried hygienically and packed in air
tight packing and marketed now by the Eastland Industries to the
international Markets.
It is used as an ingredient in hot and cold beverages especially in
coffee and tea. Vanilla bean is immersed in hot water for a while and
this water is used for preparing tea or coffee. One bean can be used
